Emotional Resilience - 5-Part Short Video Series

As part of the Reach Out Westborough project to address mental health impacts in the wake of COVID-19, Westborough Youth & Family Services and Westborough Connects are pleased to announce a new 5-part series of short videos.

Each video features a mental health counselor briefly addressing a specific topic related to mental health. Videos are less than 5 minutes long and were created in both English and Spanish.
