Kelley Petralia, Executive Director
Kelley Petralia is the first Executive Director of Westborough Connects, stepping into the role after nearly three years as a dedicated volunteer helping build the grassroots, community-focused organization. Motivated by a desire to make the world better for her three children, she brings a lifelong passion for civic engagement and community connection.
Kelley is especially focused on reducing social connection and bridging divides, earning a Bridging Differences certificate from BerkeleyX in 2021 and completing Bentley University’s Leadership Accelerator in 2025. She earned her BA in Communications from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Kelley has over 20 years of experience in marketing research and communications and has led numerous volunteer efforts, including founding Armstrong Kids CARE in Westborough, MA.
Laura Cerniglia, Program Manager
Laura Cerniglia, PsyD is the Program Manager of Westborough Connects. She has been involved in the organization since its inception. The idea of connecting others with the resources they need and being a part of building resiliency in the community spoke to Laura and her roots as a school and community psychologist. After serving as Programming Committee Co-Chair in a volunteer capacity for over two and a half years, and being a member of the Board of Directors for over a year, she became the Program Manager in February 2022. Laura has worn many volunteer hats throughout her years living in Westborough, mostly focused within the schools her three children attended. As her children have grown, so has her desire to expand her focus to the community at large.
tracy lacroix, volunteer engagement coordinator
Tracy LaCroix, LICSW, has an unwavering passion for bringing people together and strengthening the Westborough community. Since her family laid roots in Westborough in 2013, Tracy has dedicated her time to volunteering and supporting seemingly every school program, parent group, team, club, organization, etc that crossed her families’ path while also raising her three children across three Westborough schools at the same time full time.
Professionally, Tracy has her license and master’s in social work from Simmons College and has nearly ten years’ experience supporting at risk and developmentally delayed children and their families before the age of three.
Tracy is fueled by a desire to see others smile and succeed. Serving Westborough as the Volunteer Engagement Coordinator enables Tracy to do the work she loves while loving her work.
