Westborough Connects addresses a growing local public health challenge: social isolation and disconnection. These conditions can undermine mental and behavioral health by weakening protective factors.

At the heart of Westborough Connects’ work is a simple but powerful premise: connection and belonging are foundational to individual and community well-being. For more than nine years, Westborough Connects has grown into a trusted community convener, bringing together residents, community leaders, schools, businesses, and partner organizations to build a stronger, kinder, and more connected community.
