As part of the Reach Out Westborough project to address mental health impacts in the wake of COVID-19, Westborough Youth & Family Services and Westborough Connects are pleased to announce a new 5-part video short series. Each video features a mental health counselor briefly addressing a specific topic related to mental health. Videos were created in both English and Spanish.
Reach Out Westborough is presented by Westborough Youth & Family Services, in collaboration with Westborough Connects. The videos were produced for this project by Minding Your Mind. It was funded through a grant from the MetroWest Health Foundation.
